DUBAI - SALES MANAGER
Job Description : Identify potential IC (industrial coatings) markets that currently exist.Develop and implement sales strategies for the IC Products and Segments. Select & Manage distributors to achieve sales and accounts receivable targets. Develop specific propositions for key customer types, e.g. OEMs, Insurers etc, in the context of the European direction, to achieve short and long term strategic market positions. Monitor the start up of new products and new installations and ensure the right training is implemented for our client’s specialist as well as the customer personnel involved (reduce trial times and costs); take action to solve complex and persistent problems at customer locations or at the manufacturing level; Act to consistently improve all the processes related to specific technology to optimize productivity and cost; Contribute to increase our client’s market share and to find new markets by valuing the technical advantages of our client’s products and services. Maintain optimum working relationships with the France, Germany, Italy based technical laboratories. Responsible for the monthly and annual sales targets of the company, developing sales strategies & customer relations, development of business & marketing tools, visiting among actual & potential customers in order to identify market opportunities as well as improving the corporate company image. Be able to communicate with people at high level in the organisations as well as work with people in administrative functions, in order to meet sales targets for the market. The Sales Manager will be located in Dubai, and be responsible for U.A.E. region sales quotas. Skill Required : 3 years of sales or business development experience, 3 years of experience in the paint industry as a technical support, 2 years experience in the region, Experience in industrial products market is a must, Excellent command in local Arabic language, fluency in English, Knowledge of Indian is a plus, Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels, Open to travel, Dynamic, able to work on own initiative, Fast learner, self developer, self motivator, Have a multinational vision, Business acumen.
